Why Are Electronics Good For Us?

Most people think that electronics are not good for you or others, but it can be argued that they could really be a good thing.  We need electronics because electronics help us communicate. Electronics help us research things to figure out about things you never knew about. Electronics also help with teachers education. I believe that electronics are good for you.

First, electronics are essential for our day to day communication. . Did you know that 85% percent of people use online communication. Without electronics we couldn’t call 911. Then more people would die because the people that kindly protect us wouldn’t be here to protect us in time. Without electronics we would have a harder time telling people if there were parties, sports games, and other special events. Then more people would be sad and miss special events.

Second, electronics are becoming a vital tool in research.. Research helps children in school for reports, tests, and for getting jobs after college. Using a search engine is faster than going to find a book or dictionary. It also makes people more comfortable with using electronics because 96% of jobs use electronics.

Finally, education can be greatly enhanced through the use of technological tools. Over 80,000 thousand apps and websites are educational. Websites such as IXL, MobyMax, Dance mat typing, and ABC mouse are educational. You can look at pictures of almost anything on Worldbook and National Geographic to learn about the world.

Unfortunately, electronics can be very addictive. Most college students average  8-10 hours on their electronics which can be  detrimental to  their grades. Parents are paying thousands of dollars for digital detox programs. Some children threaten to shoot their parents or kill themselves when they have to get off electronics. Children skip family activities for electronics. However, there are many ways to get rid of your addiction for electronics such as going outside, changing you family room so the couch doesn’t face the TV, or reading a book. Addiction can be very easily created between you and electronics if you don’t create yourself limits. Then you will get addicted because you didn’t create yourself limits and you will not do anything with your life.  Tell the reader that the pros of electronics outweigh these negative effects.

Electronics are used for many things such as research, education, and communication. If you don’t use electronics your life will be a lot harder.
